Sultans kept league´s leadership by winning Puebla 4-2, with winning pitcher FERNANDO HERNADEZ (2-0) on the mound, ans losing CRUZ ANTONIO SOTO (0-2) for Puebla.
The game lasted more than 4 hours,because there was 17 walks between the two teams.
MAXIMO DE LA ROSA picked up his 6th save of the year.
ANGELOPOLIS -- SALTILLO
STEVE BOURGEOIS (3-1) went 7 innings allowing 5 hits, 2R and fanned 9 to lead Srape Makers to a win 7-3 over Tigers, from whom EMIL KAMAR (0-1) lost this game.
GUILLERMO VELAZQUEZ, (3) and LUIS MAURICIO SUAREZ (3) homered for Tigers.
SAN LUIS POTOSI -- YUCATAN
ALEJANDRO CARRASCO (2-0) in relief to starter WILLIAM VIZCARRA led the Lions to a win over San Luis by 5-2.WAYNE GOMES (4) picked up the save.
ENRIQUE QUIÑONES (0-4) lost for San Luis.
MONCLOVA --VERACRUZ
LEO ARAUZ went 5-3 with a HR (4) and 3 RBI´s and GUILLERMO GARCIA (3) also homered to lead Reds to a victory over Steelers by 5-3.
BRIAN WARD (1-1) won and ISRAEL LOMELI (1-1) lost for Monclova.
TABASCO -- TIJUANA
JULIO CESAR HERNANDEZ homered (4) and Leo Gonzalez (2-1) solid performance led Colts to win off Tabasco and left series home, by a score of 3-1.
DAVID SINOHUI (4) picked up the save, while RANDALL SIMON continued his hitting streak and reached 20 games, 6 shy of Mexican League record of 26 hold by VICTOR BOJORQUEZ .
CAMPECHE -- MEXICO CITY
In the ugliest game of this date in which a total of 44 runs were scored, Pirates rallied 9 runs in the 8th inning to beat Red Devils 23-21, yes you read well 23 -21!!!
DAVID MANNING (1-0) won in relief and FRANCISCO CORDOVA (0-2) also in relief.
Devils used as many as 9 pitchers and Campeche 7 to beat hem up, and SID MARQUEZ saved his league´s leading 10th game.

Cowboys won 8-2 and swept Warriors with the pitching of winning MARTIN GOMEZ (1-0) while for Oaxaca,loser was ALFREDO GARCIA (0-4) who is really struggling at he beginning of this season, lile he never did before, being a consistant winner with former team Red Devils.

NOE MATA (3) homered at the top of the 11th inning to lead Railroadmen to a win 5-4 over Cancun and made LINO URDANETA (2-0) a winner, while for Cancun EDUARDO SALGADO (1-2) picked up the lost both in relief.
