VENEZUELA:
Caracas Lions and Aragua Tigers ,it will start championship series today in a best of seven series, to determine who will represent Venezuelan baseball onto the Caribbean series.
Caracas took Alex Cabrera and Andrew Lorraine for final series, as additional player while Aragua took Ramon Hernandez and Rene Reyes.
DOMINICAN REPUBLIC
As of now Cibao Eagles are leading the champioshinp round robin series with a 10-6 record, followed by Licey 9-7, with only 2 games left to play, so it looks like Eagles will emerge as champions and will represents DR in caribbean series.
PUERTO RICO
Carolina Giants are playing the final series for league's championship against Mayaguez, series are tied 2-2.
In yesterday's games, Mayaguez defeated Carolina 5-2, with J.Albaladejo the winner (2-0) and J.Frascatore the loser now 1-1.
Victor Rodriguez hit a homer for Carolina,while Felipe Molina drove in 2 runs for Mayaguez.
