He scattered eight hits in seven innings to fall to 7-6-0. Bulls left fielder Song-yong Luo went 2-for-3 with a run scored while catcher Chun-chang Yeh finished the evening 1-for-3 with a run scored and one RBI.
For the Leos, designated hitter Lien-hung Chen, the older brother of Los Angeles Dodgers prospect Chin-feng Chen, went 2-for-4. LF Hung-yuan Lin finished at 3-for-4.
Dominican native Ramon Morel pitched one scoreless inning to pick up his 17th save of the year for the Bulls.
