MLB: Godilla Meets Ichiro

Tonight at 7:05 PM ET, begins a three game series of Mariners at Yankees.
It will be the first time Ichiro and Matsui faced each other in a regular season MLB game. It should be fun to watch. Both teams are in first place in their respective divisions. The first game has Gil Meche (2-1, 3.33) for the Seattle Mariners (16-9) against Roger Clemens (4-0, 2.12) for the New York Yankees (20-5).
Both Godzilla (.252, 2 HRs) and Ichiro (.257, 1 HR) would love to emerge from their batting slumps in this series. Clemens is looking for his 298th win.
Too bad Ichiro doesn't have a monster nickname like Mothra to make for better headlines.
