TRUMPED BY CARDS

Not a reassuring sight:
Cardinals’ 6’7” flame-throwing, curve-balling, Adam Wainright.
Phils’ 44-year-old phenom, Jamie Moyer did not back down,
matched the big guy pitch for pitch – in Philly, Jamie cheers all over town.
In the end, Cards won in ten, a damaging loss in Phils’ pennant fight.

Wednesday, September 19, 2007, Busch Stadium, St. Louis, Missouri.
St. Louis – 2, Philadelphia – 1 (10 innings).
WP – Flores (3-0), LP – Myers (4-7).
