Lieber’s turn to say, “In your face.”
Four hits each from Victorino and Chase.
Three RBIs each from Ruiz and Conine;
at last, in a big game Phillies shine.
Eight games left and we’re still in first place.
Three late homers made it close,
but in the end Phils gave Fish a dose
of a tough late-season defeat.
We know what it’s like to get beat.
Slow down, Max, too soon to get overly verbose.
