	By Glenn Davies     Fighters sophomore starter Yu Darvish pitched well yesterday in a pre-sesaon game against the Giants. Darvish pitched three innings and gave up two hits and no runs. The Fighters won the game 2-1.Giants hitting has yet to appear on the radar and the team is batting a dismal .220 so far this spring. Rakuten lost 4-2 to the Bay Stars yesterday. Jason Beverlin made a strong case for his inclusion in the rotation with the win, pitching five innings for one run and three strikeouts.
