The Tigres del Chinandega's Walter Seville drove in Wilson Batista and Ambiorix Conception in the bottom of the 11th inning to defeat the Fieras del San Fernando for the 2005/2006 Nicaraguan Professional Baseball League crown. San Fernando's pitcher Rafael Batiste had Chinandega up against the wall with two outs and behind by a score of 8-7.

Chinandega's Miguel Perez and San Fernando's Asdrudes Flores each yielded one hit through the first five scoreless innings.
