The unexpected good batting performance from both teams due to the two of the best pitchers in all season long, particularly in the name of Spike Lundberg and no lesser good Francisco Campos turned into a batting lessons by both Mazatlan Vebados who beat Guasave Cottoneers by 8-4 and take advantage in series 2-1

Lundberg who returned and won acrucial game off Naranjeros in semifinals, pitched off Venados for the first time in final series and was the performer that fans were used to see in this fine and quality thrower, and finally lost a game when Venados ambushed him and score 3 key runs in the 6th inning in breaking a tied game, having in Ray Sadler ( went 4-4 ) doubling home 2 runs in

Lundberg, went 6 innings allowing 10hits and 6 runs all earned, showing that he is only a human and not invincible, as for Venados Campos went 5.1 innings , allowing 8 hits and 3 runs

Hernando Arredondo playing for Demond Smith went 3-4 as well as Mario Valdez for Guasave, while for Mazatlan Miguel Flores coming back from a hand injury, also collected 3 hits in 5 AB

Tonight Edgar Leyva for Guasave and Hugo Castellanos who has been signed to pitch Triple A with Cleveland , for Mazatlan will go to the mound
