Navojoa Mayos hardly beat Venados 6-5 with closer Scott Chiasson holding up a brave late Venados reaction in the latter inning,
Mazatlan attacked fistr through a 3 runs home run by Daniel Fornes, adding one mor when Pedro Castellano hit a solo homer.
Mayos scored 3 with Jeses Gutierrez 3rd home run of the post season, a 3 runs shot, and Luis Alfonso Cruz hit another solo home run in the 5th.
Elmer Dessens went 7 innings allowing only 4 hits and 1 run and Luis Garcia, Jon Nunally , Chris Prieto and Juan Carlos Canizalez supported him with long ball hitting to lead Naranjeros beat Cottoneers and tied series 1-1.
