Los Mochis Cañeros, beat Hermosillo 6-5 in 12 innings, when CALVIN PICKERING delivered a long shot off loser ,relief pitcher NESTOR RENOVATO, and made also reliever pitcher MARCUS GWYNN the winning pitcher of this first game of series between the two teams.
Starter Alonso Beltran of Hermosillo went 4.2 innings allowing 3 hits and 5 walks ,accounting for 3 Mochis´s runs.

Guasave were losing when in the 5th inning, evertything get started when CHRISTIAN HERRERA hit a solo homer, followed by another shot in the 6th by KEVIN BARKER and afterwards, they scored the tying runs in the 7th.
ALFREDO AMEZAGA drove in 2 runs with a double in the 2nd inning.

In the best pitching match of this journey, Mexicali Eagles beat Mazatlan 1-0, and post them their 4 lost in a row, with winner ALEX ARMENTA (1-0) going along 5 innings, allowing 2 hits, 2 K´s and 4 walks.
Meanwhile for Mazatlan, loser FRANK CAMPOS sustained the duel for 6 innings allowing 5 hits and one losing run,DAV MANNING saved the game for MEXICALI, his first of the season.
CORY HARRIS drove in the winning run with a single.

Navojoa Mayos extended their winning streak to a 5 leading league games, by beating Culiacan 7-4, supported in a great offensive by catcher JONATHAN ACEVES a White Sox farmhand, smashing 2 home runs and driving 3 runs in, to make MARIO MENDOZA JR getting his second win of the season and SCOTT CHIASSON saving his 3rd of the season.
SERGIO LIZARRAGA lost for Tomato Growers.
