EDUARDO RIOS, game winning rbi single in the 10th led Railroadmen to a walk off victory 7-6 over Monclova Steelers in the series opener played at Alberto Romo Chavez Stadium at Aguascalientes and tied Monclova at second place of the North Division.
To complete Venezuelan night,also countrymen closer LINO URDANETA (3-1) won in relief, while RENATO FLORES (1-3) lost in relief lost for Monclova.GUILLERMO GARCIA (10), PEDRO DIAZ (3), DOMINGO CASTRO (2) fro Monclova and REFUGIO CERVANTES (10) fro Aguascalientes had homers in this game.
By the way, Urdanetasīs pitches has been clocked up in the upper 90īs, he is really throwing flames, and someone thinks that he might be in the biggies, perhaps he is sometimes out of command with his pitches , and thatīs why he is not there.

ALFREDO ACEVES (3-5), went the distance and picked up his 3rd win of the year, over Veracruz and RAFAEL PIŅA (2-4) to lead Yucatan to a win by a score of 5-2, supported by a 2 runs homer by EDDY DIAZ.

MORGAN BURKHART, hit his 7th of the season and drove 4 runs in,to lead Saltillo to a blasting victory over Mexcio City Red Devils 12-2 and off winningless FRANCISCO CORDOVA whose record is 0-5, and has not simply found the victorious way.
OSCAR RIVERA (1-2) the winner, to whom VICTOR BOJORQUEZ hit his 12th of the year.

CANCUN scored 3 runs in the bottom of the 7th, to beat Puebla Parrotts 4-1,thanks to RBI double by JOSE LUIS ACUŅA and 2 ribbies double by JOSE AMADOR, and made winner IGNACIO MONATAŅO (4-1) get the victory.FRANCISCO RODRIGUEZ (1-2) lost in relief and teamamte MANNY MARTINEZ (6) hit a homer for Parrottīs only run.

San Luis has started to picking up, and last night win 9-3 over Monterrey Sultans led by HUMBERTO MONTEMAYOR (4-3) pitching and the support of SHARNOL ADRIANA who homered and drove 3 runs home among the 2 hits he collected made the raise a little bit in the standings.
PABLO OCHOA (4-3) lost for Sultans, from which EDGAR QUINTERO collected his 7th of the year, meanwhile for San Luis PAT OīSULLIVAN got his 7th as well.

Pinch hitting 2 runs home run by FABIAN LOPEZ in the top of the 9th led Campeche to a win over Oaxaca by 7-5, and made undefeated DAVID MANNING (4-0) picked up the win, over reliever JOSE JUAN LOPEZ (0-1).
OSCAR RAMIREZ of Campeche went 4-3 including his 9th round tripper of the season, along with FLAVIO ROMERO who picked up his 12th, while JOSE MONTENEGRO of Warriors belted his 2nd of the season, and veteran closer SID MARQUEZ picked his 14th league leading save.

Rookie pitcher OBEDT POSADAS (1-3) picked up his first ever win after 4 attempts, to beat Tijauan 11-5 in this series opener at Torreon the home of the Cowboys,making HUGO CASTELLANOS the loser (2-2) , to whom RUDY PEMBERTON belted his 6th homer of the year.
DERRICK WHITE of Colts also smashed his 7th, and closer BEN RIVERA come in to get his 8th save of the year.

In a long rain delayed game ,that lasted 4 plus hours, Tigers finally beat Olmecas thanked to a GWRBI single by TRINIDAD ROBLES 15-14.
Tigers down by one run on the bottom of the 9th, get things satrted when his brother Javier Robles doubled, then followed by a rbi single by SERAFIN RODRIGUEZ to set the table for Tinidadīs game winning rbi single, and made reliever HECTOR NAVARRO (3-39 the winner.
As for Tabasco, closer SANTOS HERNAnDEZ (1-4) a former Tiger lost the game, in which Olmecaīs CARLOS SIEVERS get tWo trippers (8) ,DONZEL MCDONALD (6) ,JAVIER ROBLES (4) and JORGE VAZQUEZ got his 14th of the season, a leagueīs record tying one, by hitting home runs in 7 consecutive games, a record now shared with RICH RENTERIA in 1991 while playing for the Jalisco Charros.
