By Michael Toeset

ICHIRO SUZUKI:
Hits (as of Monday): 238
Where that ranks: 17th highest total ever; 2 hits moves him to 12th place
Hits needed to break George Sisler’s record: 20
Games remaining: 12
Hits in last three games: 1, 0, 2

CARLOS BELTRAN:
HR: 38
SB: 37
Games remaining: 12
No. of HR in September: 2
No. of SB in September: 1

ADAM DUNN:
Strikeouts: 177
Where that ranks: 15th highest total ever
No. needed to break Bobby Bonds’ record: 13
Games remaining: 13
Strikeouts in last three games: 1, 2, 2
Will the Reds let him break the record? They’ll try not to, but Dunn is also chasing 50 homers, so he’ll likely keep getting the at-bats.
