Just when I thought we were wiltin’
Along comes our guy, Eric Milton.
Abreu and Thome go deep
Out of our hole can we creep?
Is our boat on a slight upward tiltin’?

Phils phinally came in furst
Among the weiners and the wurst
Take a slug of Miller beer
Ane hope we can go on from here
Phils at home were in a slump
Schedule says "lets blow this dump"
So away they go to Miller town
To shut the vaunted Brewers down
Bats awoke and that's no joke
With Bobby and Jim each with a poke
Lieberthal near touch them all
With a resounding triple off the wall
Is this a sign of things to be?
guess we'll have to wait and see...
