Tim Worrell was perfect in June, he was great.
Montreal was 0-37 after eight.
Last night Tim Worrell let us down,
The Expos made him look like a clown,
Are blown saves to be our fate?
Wake up guys, before it’s too late.
How many more seasons to wait?
Also blown, the chance to shout the news-
Jim Thome wears awfully big shoes!
His fifteenth homerun in June it would seem
Won the game, set a record for him and team.
Instead we chew bitter chaff and once more are singing the blues.
