Hyundai Unicorns 11 - Kia Tigers 4:
Kim Jae-park notched his 600 win as a manager as the Unicorns danced all over the Tigers 11-4 in the first game of a double-header on Thursday.

Kia Tigers 10 - Hyundai Unicorns 7:
Tigers' reliever Lee Kang-chul struck out two batters to stand alone as the KBO career strikeout leader. Lee's 1,699th strikeout passed Sun Dong-yeol milestone to help Kia beat Hyundai 10-7. The Unicorns' Cliff Brumbaugh did launch his 14th homer of 2004 off of Lee.

SK Wyverns 5 - LG Twins 4:
SK Wyverns 8 - LG Twins 0:

Hanwha Eagles 7 - Samsung Lions 6
Choi Jin-hang's seventh inning home run tied the game and Lee Beom-ho's blasted the game winning homer in the eighth inning as the Wyverns slipped pass the Twins 5-4 in the first game of a double-header.

Hanwha Eagles 3 - Samsung Lions 2
Song Chang-shik allowed eight hits and struck out four in 6 2/3 shut out innings to lead the Eagles past the Lions.

Lotte Giants 3 - Doosan Bears 1:
Park Ji-chul pitched the Giants over the Bears 3-1 yielding one run and four hits in seven innings in the first game of a double-header.

Doosan Bears 3 - Lotte Giants 1:
Park Myung-hwan threw 7 1/3 shut out innings striking out 11 to slip the Bears by the Giants.
