Team Reports Continued

Orix The Blue Wave set a record for most runs given up by a Pacific League ballclub with 796, 12 more than the previous record holder, the 1980 Nankai Hawks. The overall record is by Hiroshima, in its inaugural season of 1950, with 877. Taking into account that Orix still has 18 games remaining and have a team ERA of around 6.00, they could easily eclipse that.
