Andrew, I get my baseball news for Japan from the Sports section of the Japan Times web site:
http://www.japantimes.co.jp/sports.htm
Always the newest scores are posted immediately, and often there are very good recaps of each game with thorough stats, sometimes a formal box score... but the level of coverage is inconsistent. I think it depends on what else they want to feature on particular days. Still, I have not found anything better yet in English.

I am having trouble finding boxscores in English from previous games, or at worst, stats. Admittedly, I am computer challenged, but if someone can forward a website (specifically, a way to track the Carp), I would appreciate it.
