H-BOMB WALKS OFF

In the eighth down 2-0 to Glavine, Rollins’ bolt cut the lead in half,
Phils then tied it on Rowand’s 40-foot roller; Mets’ pennant lowered to half staff.
In the tenth Ryan Howard unloaded to left,
leaving Mets’ fans sad and bereft.
If I made this stuff up you would laugh.

We finally got it into a tie...
Then the big guy really made one fly...
