DOUBLE SIX IN THE SEVENTH
Freddy Garcia did his job,
made Cubs look like corn on the cob.
In the seventh, both bullpens melted,
six runs apiece; the old pill was pelted.
All Lou Piniella could do was sob.

Ryan Howard placed on 15-day disabled list with strained left quadriceps.
