THREE STRAIGHT

Phillies rared back and slammed 20 hits,
gave Houston pitching some South Philly fits.
Jimmy Rollins hit number seven, a force at the top,
Chase Utley a 460-foot monster bop.
Team slowly crawling out of the pits.

April 23, 2007. Citizens Bank Park, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Philadelphia – 11, Houston – 4.
WP – Eaton (2-1), LP – Sampson (2-1).
H – Geary (3).
HR – Biggio (3), first inning leadoff, Berkman, third inning, none on.
Rollins (7), first inning leadoff, Utley (4), seventh inning, one on, two out.

Phils are putting a pretty good show...
When Howard was benched, just for a few...
The boys woke up and knew what to do...

The pitchers are pitchin'...
The hitters are blastin'...
The fans may stop -itchin'...
How long is it lastin ?...
