MYERS' CRYERS

Watching Ryan Howard swing, and the feeble tosses of Brett Myers,
was like having your teeth pulled with pliers.
Myers’ and Howard’s attempts were atrocious,
Marlin’s approach was ferocious;
left Philly with 10 million cryers.

April 7, 2007. Dolphins Stadium, Miami, Florida.
Florida – 8, Philadelphia – 5.
WP – Willis (2-0), LP – Myers (0-1).
Hold – Pinto (2), Owens (1).
HR – Willingham (1), second, none on, none out.
Rollins (3), third, one out, two on (Inside-the-park).

The pre season hype...
Was not the right type...
It was almost unlawful...
The Phils start is awful !!!

The pitchers ain't pitchin...
The fans are a twitchin...
The hitters ain't hittin...
They all are just sittin...

It's time for a wake-up...
In the form of a shake-up...
Of players and bosses...
To stop all the losses !!!
