Cole Hamels is hurt once again,
Can somebody please tell us when,
the kid will be sound,
and take to the mound
to ease this teams winning yen?
Jon Lieber could not hold the lead
in spite of our pitch-well, Jon, plead.
Once again the Mets squelched our hopes;
made us look like hayseed dopes.
And so we continue to bleed.
