TIME FOR A CHANGE
The following are not the work of Max Blue - they represent
the view of the vast majority of Phillies fans. They are the work
of Will Morris. Will is my favorite cashier at the local ShopRite
grocery store. Will has forgotten more baseball than Ed Wade
ever knew.
The Phillies have fired Ed Wade
Though the move has been too long delayed
Now Phils fans rejoice
For the team heard our voice
That he wasn't worth what he was paid.
Charlie Fife is the next one to go
As we all think his talent is low
He pulled pitchers too fast
Leaving Phils fans aghast
And we saw how much he doesn't know.
