Today Sunday night game was a totally different one than yesterday, because pitching was of the essence when Saltillo starter and winner,RAFAEL DIAZ tossed a solid 7.2 innings work ,allowing 8 scattered hits and 3 runs to lead Saltillo tied series up to Tigers, beating them up by 4-3 and off loser PABO ORTEGA.
JOSE MERCEDES came in the 9th to zip things up, and picked his second save of the post season.
MORGAN BURKHART singled home the 3 game winning runs, with a single in the bottom of the 5th where Saraperos scored 4 runs and put the game in the fridge.
For Tigers, catcher ADAN MUŅOZ got 3 of the 9 hits they connected, including a solo home run, to short the distance.
Tomorow, series will continue in Saltillo
