TEXAS DOWN THREE AND OUT

Who says the Rangers aren’t tough?
But of the Phillies they’ve seen quite enough.
Their bombers bombed four,
Phils matched that and more.
At last we are showing our stuff.

June 9, 2005. Citizens Bank Park, Philadelphia, PA.
Philadelphia – 10, Texas – 8.

Texas HRs – Delucci, Texeira (two), LaRosa.
Phils HRs – Burrell (two) with five RBIs, Thome,
Pratt plus four RBIs.
Urbina coughed up four 9th inning runs.

Pratt and "the bat" were cruisin
and gave the Rangers a brusin'
the new guy Uguerth left the gate
with an ERA of 108...

Gonna need a lot more bat
to overcome a # like that!!!
But don't despair cause it is scary
just hope it's only temporary...
