One more pitch for the win,
Charlie Manuel preparing his grin.
Billy Wagner rared back to fire,
Easley smacked it over the wire.
The margin for error is thin.

May 24, 2005. Dolphins Stadium, Miami, Florida.
Florida 4, Philadelphia 3 (10 innings)

Brett Myers seven shutout innings- left leading 3-0. Cormier and Madson gave up two in the eighth. Wagner blew it in the ninth. Amaury Telemanco, up from Scranton to replace the released Terry Adams, walked the leadoff man in the tenth. He scored on a walk-off double by Carlos Delgado off Aaron Fultz.
Going into this game Marlins 0-18 when trailing in ninth, Phillies 18-0 when leading in ninth. Woe is us.
