In Mexico City,Red Devils rallied 5 in the 2nd innings ,produced by a grand slam by ROBERTO MENDEZ (8) and led the Reds to win 8-6 off Cowboys.Reliever DAVID DOMINGUEZ the winner as also reliever HUGO VERDUGO,lost for Laguna.Closer JOSE SILVA picked his 5th of the year.

DYONIS CESAR, was all what the Sultans needed to beat Aguascalientes 3-1, going 3-3 with a couple of solo homers (5) in support of PABLO OCHOA and MAURICIO DE LA ROSA who picked up his 13th save of the season.

San Luis scored 4 runs in the 4th to come from behind and beat Monclova 7-4, with GABE MOLINA winning and the save for JUAN CERROS (1) , while JASON JACOME lost for Steelers.For San Luis PAT O´SULLIVAN belted his 10th of the season.

In Veracruz a GWRBI sac fly by AMAURY GARCIA in the bottom of th 10th, drove the winning run home, scored by FRANCISCO VALDEZ who reached on a error by 2b LIU RODRIGUEZ.Cancun had tied up the game scoring 4 runs in the top of the 9th, thanks to 2 runs HR by DANIEL ESPINO (2).HUGO AGUILAR, the winner and JORGE GUTIERREZ the loser.

Tabasco Olmecas took on Oaxaca for second time under new manager MARIO MENDOZA and secured series to their favor, by beating them 4-3, with OSVALDO FERNANDEZ going 8 solid innings to win.
HERNEDO ARREDONDO (2) hit a solo for Tabasco.

NATE BLAND (2-1) went the distance allowing 7 Saltillo´s hits, to beat hem up 3-1 off RIGO BELTRAN a Tijuan native who lost to this countryside men.RANDALL SIMON (14) and DERRICK WHITE (8) hit homers for Tijuana.

SAID GUTIERREZ smashed two homers (4 and 5) drriving 6 runs to lead Yucatan to win 17-5 over Puebla and avoiding the sweep to Lions.ALFREDO ACEVES won, while GILBERTO GONZALEZ lost for Puebla.
JESUS CASTILLO hit his first HR as a ´pro also driving 3 runs for Yucatan, and EDDY DIAZ added his 3rd of the season.

Red Devils defeated Laguna 10-4, with FRANCISCO CORDOVA finally winning and stopping a personal losing record of 0-5 ,with ROBERTO MENDEZ providing all the support with a 4-3 batting, one triple and one homer (9) 4 ribbies.DAVID DOMINGUEZ (2) come in picked up the save for Cordova.

Red Devils debuted LUIS CRUZ a Padres prospect who was loaned from them while he was playing in A ball, with Mobile BayBears in replacement to OSCAR ROBLES who as you know was called up with Dodgers.Padres hope that Cruz might improve while playing in AAA ball here .

Pinch hitter FRANCISCO MENDEZ delivered a tie breaking game winning rbi hit to beat Railroadmen by 4.3 and had the Sultans Swept their opponents.reliever MIGUEL RUBIO won this game,while also reliever LINO URDANETA blew away the winning opportunity.

FERNANDO RIOS went 5-3 with a Grand Slam included, drove 6 runs in to lead San Luis to beat Monclova by 12-7 .SHARNOL ADRIANA (8) and CARLOS RODRIGUEZ (5) also homered for San Luis.HUMBERTO MONTEMAYOR the winner and BRYAN WARD the loser.

Venezuelan LIU RODRIGUEZ went 4.2 in the game, with a home run and 3 ribbies to lead Cancun to beat Veracruz, 7-6 , RUDY PEMBERTON (9) and RAUL SANCHEZ (8) added round trippers for the Lobstermen cause.ANGEL MONTAŅO the winner, and RAFAEL PIŅA the loser.

Warriors scored 3 in the 8th to win 4-3 to Tabasco, coming from behing and made relievr CUPERTINO LEON the winner, and JORGE LARA the loser.CHRISTIAN QUINTERO belted his 6th of the season for Oaxaca.

In Campeche in a milestone night, Veteran OF MATIAS CARRILLO who once played major league ball with Milwaukee and Florida, smashed his 300th Carreer HR not avoiding his team losig off Campeche, who´s RUBEN RIVERA (11) round tripper led them to beat Tigers 7-4 in a walk off victory.
Carrillo´s moment come up in the 6th inning,when he delivered a shot over the left field fence ,with one man on to give Tigers a temporary advantage,and entered to this select group of players that have hit 300 plus homer in their careers, led by the leate NELSON BARRERA, who topps this gropu with 455 .
JAVIER ROBLES continued Carrillo´s homer with his 7th of the year.

EMMANUEL VALDEZ (10) grand slam, plus GEORGE ARIAS (6) and JULIO HERNANDEZ ( 10) homers cotributed to Tijuana beat Saltillo 10-8 and taken series back home.HUGO CASTELLANOS the winner and OSCAR RIVERA the loser.JAYSON BASS (10) and PEDRO VALDEZ (11) got round trippers for Saltillo.
