OAXACA --ANGELOPOLIS

Tigers swept Warriors by winning last game of the series by 6-1 with winner JESUS OLAGUE (4-1) on the mound and supported by catcher ADAN MUÑOZ who went 5-3 , with his 3rd of the season included. For Oaxaca, venezuelan JOSMIR ROMERO (3-2) was the losing pitcher.
Tigers pitching outdueled Oaxaca to only 9 hits in the series. winning first game by 4-2 with reliever BAUDEL ZAMBRANO taking his 6th undefeated win, while FRANCISCO MADERO (0-1) lost for Oaxaca.
Tigers also took second game by 5-1, with ALEJANDRO ARMENTA (4-1) winning, while JUAN CARLOS PULIDO (2-3) lost for Warriors, and having in SS JAVIER ROBLES driving in 3 runs with 3 hits collected .
ADRIAN MANZANO (5) picked the save in the second game.

TIJUANA --MEXICO CITY

Colts defeated twice the Red Devils on a double header, where DAVID SINOHUI a reliever TIED UP AN OLD RECORD BY SAVING AND WINNING A GAME IN SAME DAY.
In the first, NATHAN BLAND (1-0) tossed a solid 6 inning pitching to pick up his first win of the season by a score of 5-3, and Sinohui came in to save after a Devils threat in the 7th.
RANDALL SIMON (9), JULIO HERNANDEZ (7) and ABRAHAM VALENCIA (2) homerd for Tijuana off loser CLAUDIO MORENO (4-2).
As for the second game,DERRICK WHITE´s (7) 2 run HR in the 8th was good enough to lead Colt to win 10-8 and made reliever DAVID SINOHUI (1-2) the winner and tied a record that is shared by another 11 pitchers.
GEORGE ARIAS (2) also homered for Tijuana, as for Devils JOSE SANDOVAL (5) and ROGELIO COBOS (2) did the same.
Again FRANCISCO CORDOBA blew out a save and was the loser (0-4), he came in the 6th with Devils on top and Colts tied the game off him.
Red Devils have won the first game, 11-9 with ROBERTO RAMIREZ (4-3) on the mound and LEO GONZALEZ (2-3) losing for Tijuana.
DERRICK WHITE (6) ,RAY MARTINEZ (10) and ROBERTO SAUCEDO (12) hit round trippers in this game.

AGUASCALIENTES -- SAN LUIS POTOSI

Railroadmen took series home winning 2-1 , that the earlier game, while San Luis beat the out yesterday by 16-5, after 2 HR´s by SHARNOL ADRIANA (4 AND 5) , PAT O´SULLIVAN (5) and debuting Colombian CARLOS VILLALOBOS (5) who was recently released by Puebla, got homers to help up winning pitcher, NESTOR RENOVATO (2-0 ) pick up this win, while PABLO MUÑOZ (1-0) alos inrelief ,lost for San Luis.
Aguascalientes got the first game 7-2 with winner, ABRAHAM ELVIRA (1-1) supporetd by 2 HR´s by Venezuelan ALEX DELGADO (4), while ENRIQUE QUIÑONES (0-6) lost for San Luis.
For the second game, won 5-3 with FRANCISCO RIVERA (2-2) picking up the win, and LINO URDANETA (6) the save, helped by a HR by NOE MATA (4).

LAGUNA --SALTILLO

There was everything in last night´s game in Saltillo but good pitching and Sarpe Makers blasted Cowboys by 25-4, with 7 HR´s include.
A bad game for Cowboys when JAYSON BASS(6) and CHRISTIAN PRESICHI (6) got 2 HR a piece, added to MARIO VALENZUELA (6),PEDRO VALDEZ (8) and SERGIO PALAFOX ones to support Saltillo.
MARIO MENDOZA jr.(2-2) the winner in relief work, while OSVALDO MAIRENA (2-3) lost for Laguna.
Early on,Laguna took 7-6 Saltillo helped by home runs by RUDY PEMBERTON (5), JOSE AMADOR (6) and ABEL MARTINEZ (2) and made MIGUEL GOMEZ (2-0) a winner, while for Saltillo OSCAR RIVERA (0-2) took the lost.
By the way, with his two HR´s, JAYSON BASS TIED A LEAGUES´S RECORD OF MOST HR IN ONE INNING, the 15th player to do that.
Saltillo won in the second game by 11-3 with winner RIGO BELTRAN (3-1) on the mound and supported in a 3 runs homer by NICK GARCIA (3) , off loser HUGO VERDUGO (3-2)

TABASCO --CAMPECHE

Olmecas defeated Pirates 4-2 avoiding the swept and stopping Pirates their home winning streak in 14 games, thanks to a good pitching performance by Cuban hurler OSVALDO FERNANDEZ (3-3) ,beating loser DANNY MAGEE (0-1). OSCAR RAMIREZ (6) homered for Pirates and SANTOS HERNANDEZ (8) saved this game for Olmecas.
Previous two games results were, in favor of Campeche 6-2 with winning NAT REYES (3-1) on the mound while JESUS RIOS (2-1) lost for Tabasco, from whom DONZELL McDONALD (4) hit a homer, meanwhile for Campeche RUBEN RIVERA (7) didi it as well.
In the second, Campeche and SID MARQUEZ (1-0) beat Tabasco and VICTOR GONZALEZ (1-4) by 2-1.

MONTERREY-- MONCLOVA

Sultans won Steelers 5-3, after a 2 RBI triple by HEBER GOMEZ on the top of the 9th avoiding his club being swept by Monclova.
SERGIO MORA (1-0) the winner and C. PONS (0-1) the loser, while closer MAURICIO DE LA ROSA (8) picked the save up, and FERNANDO "HE-MAN" RODRIGUEZ (2) homered for Monclova.
Earlier games were, the first for Monclova 7-4, with RAMON FLORES (1-1) winning, while FERNANDO HERNANDEZ (2-2). As for the second game, Steelere beat Sultans 6-5 with winner BILL SIMAS (3-0) and MIGUEL RUBIO (0-1) losing.
RICARDO SAENZ (5) and GUILLERMO GARCIA (6) belted homers for Monclova.

YUCATAN -- CANCUN

ALFREDO ACEVES got his second win of the season off Cancun 7-1, stopping a losing streak of 3, and also leading his team to take series home.
He counted with the support of 3 homers by teamamtes, SCOTT BULLETT (8), PEDRO CASTELLANO (8) and WILLIE ROMERO (4) to beat Cancun by going the distance.
IGNACIO MONTAÑO ( 4-2 ) lost for Lobstermen.
Cancun with EDUARDO SALGADO (3-2) beat Yucatan and OSAVALDO VERDUGO (2-1) by 5.2, in which FRANCISCO RIVERA and RAUL SANCHEZ both homering their 3rd of the year.
Lions defeated Cancun 5-3 as for the second game, with JAY PALKI (3-1) and PEDRO CASTELLANOS homer, his 7th of the year.

PUEBLA --VERACRUZ

OMAR RAMIREZ blasted 2 homeruns, and drove 4 run in to lead the Reds to a victory over Parrotts by 12-10 with winner LEO MORENO (1-1) and WILLIS OTAÑEZ (14) also addING " a puncher" . Loser for Puebla was, JOSE NUÑEZ (0-1) and ALBINO CONTRERAS (3) and LORENZO BUELNA (2) hit round trippers for them.
Veracruz, have won previous games by 6- 3 and 6-5 scores, respectively.
