Campeche coming from behind victory over Saltillo gave the Title
In a another copy-pasted win like many others before, Campeche come from behind and now the heroe was SS Oscar Ramirez,who doubled in thE bottom of the 8th, to drive in the winning run, and gave Campeche Pirates the title and Danny Maggee their 7th win in post season games, and undefeated,by score of 4-3.
In this inning, Emil Brown was hit by the pitcher Hipolito Pichardo, Ruben Rivera is strikedout,Roberto Mejia against reliever Mario Mendoza Jr. grounded to short,and Brown was forced out in second base, letting the stage ready for Oscar Ramirez who doubled to deep right center, and have Roberto Mejia scored the winning run, in front of a wild attendance.
Campeche scored twice int he bottom of the 1st inning, where Ruben Rivera and Roberto Mejia drove in one apiece off starter Ignacio Flores, who started in place of injured Pascual Coco, who remained sidelined by an elbow soreness and swelling.
Saltillo scored one in the top of the 2nd, thanks to an RBI single by Vicente Verdugo, and added a couple more in the 3rd, where Jayson Basss hit a 2 runs HR over the left center wall, and posted a 3-2 lead in favor of Saltillo.
Pirates tied the game in the bottom of the 6th, when Emil Brown walked, Ruben Rivera forced Brown in second, and in a throwing error by Vicente Verdugo, Rivera advanced to second, and then Oscar Ramirez RBI single drove Rivera in with the tying run.
Magee went 8 innings, allowing 6 hits and 3 runs,6 walks, 1 HBP and fanning 6 to ´pick up the win, and closer Isidro Marquez, as usual, come up to closed doors, and picked up his 3rd save of final series to become one of the most important players , adding one victory and earning the MVP award
For Saltillo, Hipolito Pichardo,the loser in relief to Jorge Luis Garcia and Starter Ignacio Flores, picked up his 2nd lost of final series to become a disappointing performer because he not only blew out two possible Saltillo´s win but losing both.

Pirates skipper, Paquin Estrada, on getting his 4th title in Mexican League, become the only Manager in history to picked up championships in three different decades , in the 80´s with Campeche (1983), in the 90´s with Leon (1990) and now with Campeche again in the 2000´s.
He, as player was a champion in 1968 with Mexico City Red Devils and in 1986 with Puebla Angels.
He also led Culiacan Tomatoe Grower to the Mexican Pacific League Championship this year,his 7th in winter baseball, and went to Caribbean series.
Frank Campos, announced that he will report to Charlotte, Chicago´s AAA farm team trying to make the grade and get called up to the big lagues ASAP.
This championship, first time got in front of the people of Campeche, had an special dedication to the memory of former Mexican League Great and current all time HR leader, a Campeche native, the late Nelson Barrera, so, it was double emotional mix for this title.
