Saltillo took advantage off Campeche´s exhausted pitching

Campeche arrive to Saltillo with their pitching staff in a intesive care unit ambulance, since they´ve to fight seven games to beat Mexico City Red Devils, using all their staff, including relief of Frank Campos in the 7th game, ans Sarape Makers started making the odds good, and beat Pirates and starter JJ Alvarez by a score of 15-4.
Jason Bourgeois, once again tossed a solid pitching on 6 innings, allowing 6 hits ,2 runs and relievers Jose Luis Garcia, Christian Guzman and closer Hipolito Pichardo,threw the rest.
Saltillo supported in a devastating offensive of 19 hits, including HR´s by Jason Bass and Christian Presichi,was all they needed to get this first important victory at home.

Saltillo 2 runs in the opener, thanks to an RBI singles by Jason Bass and Eduardo Jimenez, Pirates tied in the following ,scoring with a 2 RBI single by Willie Otañez.
Saltillo scored 3 more in the 3rd, by an RBI single by Vicente Verdugo and fielder´s choice on Manuel Velez grounder.He drove two more with a single in the 4th, when Jayson Bass also homered to increased the lead 8-2.
Campeche, added a couple of runs through a 2RBI HR by panamanian Ruben Rivera
Tonight, Pacual Coco for Saltillo and Danny McGee for Campeche will be the pitchers, both has been hot in the final series,specially McGee who is 5-0, so expectation for this game is big.

After the game Saltillo Manager Derek Bryant said that, Pitcher JJ Alvarez "was not Campos" and that they win over relief pitching simply because non of the current Piartes rotation were available, and felt like they are not in the drivers seat by winning this first game,and he added " let´s see tomorrow how we look like with Danny pitching"
