Series Tied 2-2 as Devils and Parrots won Yesterday


A game winning RBI double by pinch hitter Lorenzo Buelna, in th top of the 9th inning, breaking a then 1-1 tied game, drove in run in, and later scored in a fielder´s choice of Luis Carlos Martinez, and Puebla ties the series with Saltillo 2-2 a piece.
It was a sensational pitching duel performed by starters Azael Alvarado, who threw 5 no-no innings for Puebla and Ignacio Flores for Saltillo.
Carlos Villalobos HR, put Parrots ahead ,and pinch hitter HR by Flavio Romero off Many Aybar tied the game in the 8th for Saltillo.
Ricardo Saenz HR in the bottom of th 9th, shorten the distance.
Starters for today´s game are Pablo Ortega who is 4-0 in the play offs for Puebla, and Rafel Diaz for Saltillo

Mexico City Devils, supported in 3 RBI´s including HR by Pedro Castellano and Ray Martinez, were all they needed to beat Pirates and Narciso Elvira, who has been a fiasco in the play offs.
The game were rain delayed for more than 3 hours ,and have started until 9.44 PM Central Time, ending at 1 AM this morning..
Devils scored 4 runs in the opener, when Chad Meyers walked off Elvira, Efren Espinoza singled, Roberto Saucedo drove 1 in with a single, and Pedro Castellano´s HR drove 3 more.
Pirate took the lead 7-6 in the 5th, scoring 5 runs thank to a 2 runs HR by Emil Brown, his 6th in the play offs.
Red devils discounted in the 6th scoring 2 more runs, and Pirates did the same in the bottom of the same inning ppostin a 7-6 lead.
Reliever David Dominguez took the win, with Greg Hansell taking the save, and Narciso Elvira the loser, his second.
For today´s game, Francisco Campos for Campeche and Roberto Ramirez for Mexico City will faced again,like in the first game.
