SHOOTOUT IN CHI-TOWN
I’ll tell you what, Harry,
These White Sox are scary.
We hammered them hard,
Abreu twice and Thome went yard,
But with five long they kept coming back. It was hairy.
Wednesday June 9, 2004. U.S. Cellular Field, Chicago,Illinois.
Phillies – 13, White Sox – 10.

Garland was wiltin'
While Milton was tiltin'
The heat was so hot they were fryin !!!
Sorta reminds me of a Browns Yanks series of long ago...13-9 and 14-12...both Brownie wins... with a 2 run homer by Wally Judnich ending the 14-12...memory mat be a little off but its close...
